Young Professionals

The Young Professionals Program at Grupo ST is an initiative designed to attract and develop recent graduates or advanced students in fields related to our business. Our goal is to train the organization’s future leaders so they can take on key roles within the company.

We offer a structured rotation program across different areas of our companies, along with continuous training and mentorship. Participants gain hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of key sectors, enhancing their potential to make a meaningful long-term contribution to the organization.

In 2023, we launched our first edition with great success! Thirteen young professionals joined the program, rotating through different company areas over the course of a year. Given the positive results, we decided to expand the initiative and launched a new program in 2024.

This year, 11 new talents joined us in July.
